What is the delivery time for my order?

Products that are in stock at our warehouse in Veghel are shipped within 1–2 working days. For parcels within the Netherlands, delivery usually takes place within 2–3 working days after placing the order. For larger orders shipped on pallets, delivery may take 1–2 days longer, meaning it can take up to 5 working days after ordering.

Products that are not in stock in Veghel need to be ordered from our suppliers. These generally have a longer delivery time. In such cases, the product page in our webshop will indicate: “Backorder,” along with the expected delivery time.

Does 4×4 Center have a physical store or showroom?

No, 4×4 Center only has a warehouse and office in Veghel. In most cases it is possible to view products, but please make an appointment in advance. We also have fully equipped demo vehicles available, on which various products are installed.

Can 4×4 Center also install the accessories?

No, 4×4 Center does not have its own workshop. However, we can refer you to one of our installation partners. Please feel free to contact us for the available options.

How long does it take before I receive my order?

Of course, we are ready to assist you. The product detail page often includes clear installation instructions. Do you still have questions? Please feel free to contact us. Or make an appointment and visit our warehouse, where one of our employees can provide you with further explanation. Please note: we cannot install the products for you; however, we can refer you to one of our installation partners.

Can I also pick up my order from 4×4 Center?

Yes, you can pick up your purchases at our warehouse in Veghel. You can select this during the ordering process. After that, we would like to hear from you when you plan to collect your order so we can ensure it is ready for you. Please note: some products are shipped from an external warehouse and are therefore not directly available at our warehouse in Veghel. Therefore, please always contact us in advance before coming to pick up your order.

Can I have my order shipped to an address outside the Netherlands?

Yes, we handle many international shipments throughout Europe.

I want to order a large or heavy product. Can it be shipped?

Yes, we ship large or heavy products on a pallet. We ensure that it is properly packed so that you receive your order in good condition.

My product is defective or something is missing. What should I do?

That is unfortunate! Please contact us directly so we can look into a solution together. We are here to help you!

I am not satisfied with the product. Can I return it?

Yes, you can. There are certain (legally required) conditions and steps that apply. You can find these on the “Returns & service” page. It is important that the product is undamaged and unused.
